EMERGENCY HELP ASAP 2000 Grand Prix GTP
I used a EverTough harmonic balancer puller to attempt to remove the crank shaft pully/barmonic balancer. All one peice. The pessure tip that goes on tbe end of the bolt pressed into my crankshaft. What can I do without drilling it? Any special tools? Thank you. Would have a picture but i cant take one small enough in memory.

So, I guess what you're saying is that the tip of the puller is stuck in the Crankshaft.
That's going to be tough because the part will likely be hardened steel. Drilling a hole in the part is still about the only option to pull this out. You should try to drill a small hole in the center and then cut threads into it so you can thread something into it to pull on.
Even if you get it out, you may have damaged the threads in the Crankshaft which will be another entirely different problem.

Not sure exact set up you have or if easy access thru a wheel well?
Why can't you just unscrew the tool now it should be a hex at end and smaller piece you put on it that spins? That shouldn't do what I'm hearing the three smaller bolts do the pulling?
Been a long while for what I think you are looking at if the bolt is still in crank all the way you aren't doing this right.
Balancers are not really one piece should be an other ring and rubber isolated inside you pull from with crank bolt just loose, when damper pulls out some you should see that not the tool going inside crank??
Arggh I feel for you the tools and crank bolts should be hardened steel.
I'm missing how you could get in this jam just a maybe someone else long ago screwed this up and faked it but worked for some time??
This is a first so IDK how this messed up this bad,

I did not have crank bolt in the hole. If it was supposed to be in when i used the puller than thats where this all went to hell. I can get a bit of a grab with pliers but it wont budge. Drilling does seem to be the only option

Yes its the tip, since it was only held on the bolt by an O ring i couldnt pull it out with the puller bolt.

So the mail larger bolt the kit came with is stuck in whole or just the tip that would be on crank bolt?
Your here it the "Tricks" section if decent vice grips might do go for it.
You can also waste vice grips with bench grinder if too wide or need an angle or heat just propane bend as needed. I take it new is in order the best of vice grips get dull bet you need a good grip,
