As HT stated you should have a professional welder check that out. You don't want to be just welding on that if it is high carbon steel or else it will shatter like glass. Might even find a new one for cheap. Get new bushings for the install and the whole thing will probably come out cheaper than your old one welded. You might notice the other uys stressing the safety issue and I will join them on that. The radius arm is a key part of your suspension system and must be perfect to ensure you don't wreck your truck or get yourself and others killed. This is a much cheaper fix than you think. IF you go with a salvage yard unit be sure and buy grade 8 bolts to go with it.
