[:(] 1988 Plymouth grand voyager3.0 engine. The fuel pump is not functioning all the time. Only once in a while will it pump fuel. I am trying to locate the fuel pump relay which the haynes manuel refers to but can not locate it. The wiring diagram refers to it and the trouble shooting guide refers to it but only says "locate fuel pump relay and replace" I am lost. The only relays I can locate are the auto shut down, the ac fan, the ac clutch, the horn, the and one more I cannot remember. All of them are located on the fender and located in the wiring diagrams on the fender. The fuel pump relay is only located as cavity 25 and "see sheet 116" which does not exist in the haynes manuel. HELP kmlysek@juno.com[email]

The ASD relay runs the fuel pump.

I see that but the haynes also has wiring for a fuel control relay. The wiring appears to be seperate for the fuel pump. It looks like both have to be engages for the fuel pump to work. I think I need to locate the fuel pump relay. HELP

Sorry, don't have a diagram or componet locater in front of me. My statement above is based on a diagram I looked at last week. Yours may be different.

DanD will be along after a while. He's a genius at posting diagrams and such.

The mauals at the McParts stores are limited. You get what you pay for! For locations of relays etc., try the silly owner's manual, you might be surprised what's in there, Good luck with the fix,
