I own a 90 Lincoln Mark VII and a 88 Mark VII. Trannie went bad in the 90, so I replaced it with the one from the 88. I know the (88)trannie was strong when I parked it 2 months ago. never any problems. now that it is installed in the 90, the transmission is locked into drive even when the shifter is in park, reverse and neutral. whats wrong? Its gotta be something simple, please help...
