transmission fluid

I have a 1998 ford mustang and blew a transmission line. I fixed the problem but when I put the fluid back in it does the same thing, is it possible to over fill a transmission withy fluid? one person said it's not another said it is.It has a 3.6 liter engine with 70,000 miles.

Of course it's possible to overfill it. You have a dipstick to check it. I couldn't tell you if that's your problem because you never stated what your problem was.
PS, there is no such engine as a 3.6. You must have a 3.8.
