transaxle module fault

I have an 04 chrysler concorde lxi. I need to know where the transaxle module is and how to go about fixing it. It was hooked up to diag. machine and it said that the possible cause for this is a short or open circuit. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What is the exact code number? The codes are what helps us help you. The translation can be confusing or lose something in the translation.
