For quite some time now the auto trans has shifted up and down while traveling at a constant speed. yesterday I noticed that the trans. relay in the fuse box was rather warm after being driven. I also noticed yesterday the there is fluid build up on the trans. lines from the trans. fluid cooler back quite a ways. could low fluid cause this? Or is it the relay?

Restore fluid level to full if low, clean off suspect area and look for source of the leak,
