Sorry, my post last was prob pretty vague! The only time trans acts stalled between two gears is in reverse. The rest of the time it wont upshift from 2 to 3. It tried once, when it did, it immediately acted like it went into a reverse and high at the same condition! It's pretty weird. Thanks lippy.

I’m not sure what to recommend other then take into a transmission shop and have them look at it.
There maybe a code in the controller that will give them and you a direction to go in.
