How to open torque converter rebuild shop?

I have over 12 years of experience in rebuilding automatic transmissions, and now I feal it is time to become selfemployed. I have studied our market for torque converters problems and rebuild workshops. It was a surprise for me to find out that there is a huge demand for torque converter rebuild services, but only few companies can do it.
I would apreciate if anyone could share any thougts with me. First, I am interested in prices for the spare parts required for rebuild process, and how much would it cost for me to keap a stock. Second, I have heard of tcrs equipment, but it is quite expensive, is there any other manufacturer?
