Have to pump clutch

Hi everyone,i have a 2003 hyundai accent and recently i have to pump the clutch 2 or 3 times to get it to go into gear.I have to do this every gear everytime i shift,i looked at the master cylandar reservoir and it was full(its a hydrulac clutch)anyone have any ideas whats wrong with it?

This could be anything from a bad master cylinder to air in the lines to a clutch problem. You may want to start by bleeding the system and see how it does.
