Car too heavy and won't changed gear quickly and too slow Sign In

Hello I drive an Audi A4 turbo 1.8ltre 2005. When I drive for long I feel as if the car is heavy as if air is being trapped in the engine. I've so far changed the catalytic covertter twice. Also the throttle doesn't compensate for the acceleration and when I've driven the car for a while in the sun, it doesn't pick rapidly as if I'm starting on the 2nd gear. It also has a history of overheating. My mechanics are confused I need help

Your mechanics are confused so you turn to an online forum to try to fix it yourself?

The best advice we can give you here is get a better mechanic.

You think you are going to learn how to troubleshoot a complicated electronic problem on a European car on the Internet with no equipment?

Good luck with that. Your mechanic couldn't do it.

This one may be a little tough to diag online...

Is your check engine light on?....If so. What are the codes?

Is this an automatic or manual transmission?
