CLICKING NOISE IN 2WD BUT NOT 4WD

Hello Guys
My car has recently randomly started to make a clicking noise when in 2wd, when i switch to 4wd then back to 2wd the noise goes away. It will randomly come back again later on.
I first noticed a problem when I was on a dirt track in which I heard a winding noise but the noise also went away when switching from 2wd to 4wd and back again.
After a day or two, the noise came back as a clicking noise while driving it on the road.
Can any one offer any advice?

Take it to the dealer. It should still be covered under manufacture's warranty.
