i have a olds interigue 3.8 od, it shifts in all gears but the rpm on tach is at about 2500rs at 65mph, is the lock up for tor. convertor bad or???? i had it scanned and showed it going into all the gears

well looks like nobody has had the same problem, so i figured it out,, the lock-up tor. convertor was bad................
