90 Honda Accord Loss of Power Transmission	Sign In

I have a 1990 Honda Accord with an automatic transmission that has very little power if you start in Drive 4. To get it started you need to start in Dr 1 and then shift up to Dr 2 and then DR 3. Is the problem in the control box or actually in the transmission? Any suggestions.
