2004 Honda Accord transmission problem

I have a 2004 Honda Accord 2.4 L. and am having transmission problems. When cold, it works fine and once warm, it works when it feels like it. I connected my OBD II machine and got codes P0979 and P0985. It seems to be a solenoid problem. Does anyone have a diagram showing where the solenoids are located. I thought the transmission might be defective but it works sometimes which means it is not the transmission. Can anyone help.
