2003 Buick century about 150k. 3.1l

Trans jumps in/out of gear intermittently mostly after
Engine is warmed up, and gear selector and odometer won't light up. 12v at trans fuse, 12v at trans plug brn wire socket w/ign on. However
no continuity unless ign is off.
