Are you saying this is a new vehicle that at 580km the dealer found two bent rims? I would hope if new it was checked at this then for more damage and if really a new vehicle might blame some problem in shipping it was the cause?

yeah it is new vehicle assembled in here in pakistan. i also felt the steering was hard and bubbling at speed from 70 to 80 km/h and then becomes smooth... vehicle was in warranty they replaced both front wheel rims and did some repair work on steering. i m afraid that vehicle's suspension system was damaged or it was wrong manufacturing or assembly

How does it feel and look now? If OK it's done. If not, it goes back - that's all. It's up to them under warranty.

You will probably never know why this happened. From the end of an assembly line cars usually get parked awaiting where they will go from there. Either by rail, truck, ships usually. Any multiple transportation they would be strapped in tight for the most cars per load naturally. Stuff happens in transport and taking on and off assorted means to move them.

Then at a dealer things only for transport would be removed like flooring protection, steering wheel, seat(s) and stickers if needed to pass thru and removed before you see the car.

If horrible damage happened for any reason that car would usually be destroyed and you would get another. I can't speak for everywhere but here cars get chained down on carrier truck from rail or ships to dealers. Just a swinging chain messed up paint job or breaks a window to a point they would fix that. Once (was my Uncle!) drove a car carrier under a low bridge and the top/roof was lost to that poor car that never saw an owner!

Any complaints you find when brand mew bring up with the dealer. You shouldn't have to do more than let them tend to whatever isn't right for the warranty period, that's all unless the problem happened AFTER you took delivery and caused it yourself or not by them when delivered to them,
