I am wondering if there is something I should do differently. I had my oil changed a few months ago, after leaving my car was making a crazy noise and needed the hub bearing and assembly replaced, I had my oil changed yesterday at a different shop but the shop that replaced the bearing, and low and behold when I pulled away the awful noise is back and now I need to replace the bearing again. Any thoughts on if I need to fix something else to stop this from happening again?

There is absolutely no connection between a wheel bearing and doing an oil change. There isn't even any way to cause a bad wheel/hub bearing intentionally. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
