Can i fix this? If not, approximately how much to fix?

Also, is it dangerous to drive at the moment?

NO! Don't drive it till replaced either.
If pic doesn't show for others it's a total crack is housing of a rack and pinion that totally separated.
OP - you'll at least need a rebuilt one for whatever vehicle this is and lose a core charge as I can't imagine any reputable rebuilder even trying to fix that one.
What's more it something like that suggests that alone isn't the end of the troubles from whatever caused that,

I don't know how you managed to do that kind of damage but I'm betting there was some major impact and there is likely more damage.
