2010 Ford Taurus 3.5L V6 214,991Mi Recently started having a problem with power steering, steering wheel will get tight like I've lost power steering but only when turned a certain way. Power steering fluid level is good also. Also started to notice a clunking sound when going over bumps. I can't seem to find anything online about it either. I appreciate any help!

You need to look for your clunking sound and I don't mean online. Have the car inspected on a lift. With the mileage you have on this car most everything would probably be worn out. There comes a point where it's not practical to invest in large repairs as they will keep on coming. It sounds like you could have a bad Rack and Pinion or a bad pump or both. You could also have multiple worn suspension parts. Time to get rid of it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
