I'm a novice so I don't know much of the vocab. However, I can usually figure things out. But, I'm stock on this one. I cannot get the wheel bearing housing detached from the "stabilizing arm" below. Please see pic. I removed the cotter pin and nut. it isn't budging. I have a good photo, but this system isn't letting me...
