1998 Volvo S70 GLT, Strut Replacement

I want to replace the front struts on this car. Terrible ride quality and lots of noise. I can't be sure but I suspect the struts on the car are original. The shop I am considering using says that only the strut itself and the spring seat need to be replaced and they want $750 for this job.
What I would like to know is if other parts of the assembly (strut mount with bearing, bellows, bump stop etc) should be replaced as well. I just want to be confident that once repaired I'm good for the expected 100,000 miles.

The car is 19 years old. It wouldn't be surprising for the mounts to be bad also.
