1997 Saturn SC2 alignment problems when turning Sign In

Hello,
I have a Saturn SC2 1997 1.9L and have been experiencing some problems with the front end alignment. It seems like everything is aligned correctly and when I went to the shop they agreed. When driving strait and turning around corners it seems fine. But when i turn sharply while going slow (like in a parking lot) it feels like the right wheel does not line up and skids across the ground. I can see there is some wearing on that tire as well.

What should i check?

Thank you very much

That is normal steering geometry built into the car. It's called "toe out on turns".

It's not unusual for tires to scrub on real tight turns.

Was this vehicle in an accident? They need to check the ackerman's angle to see how much toe out there is. If it out of spec something is bent, such as where the tie rod attaches to the knuckle.
