08' Lexus IS 250 AWD wheel noise

Car has 170,000 miles on it.
All wheel drive
V6
In the video I had traction control 'off' when video starts. That's my 'it's confused ' talk to my daughter. She has started automotive class and if she fixes the car it's hers....
Driver side rear wheel noise in video,
But first, what I have tried:
Replaced all wheels and tires (front right wheel was bent slightly, but bent none the less)
Replaced all rotors and brakes. (With the sound still there the brakes do not appear to wear unevenly.)
Replaced rear differential fluid.
Checked for movement or play on each wheel with hands on top and bottom and side to side (with each well jacked up off the ground). I did this suspecting a possible wheel bearing but again there is no play.
When driving the sound is not like that more of a, here goes whomp,whomp,whomp whomp. Lol I will record a video with sound if requested while driving, but figured this was the best way to isolate it.

? Does everything operate properly other than noise?
Strong clues of maybe 2 things come to mind. That wheel, you said wears out brakes faster than the other rear wheel? If that's correct it's possible flex hose to that wheel is allowing it to drag but not constantly??
Other is a wheel was bent either when on that wheel or co-incidence also bent backing plate can rub. It should show a shiny spot many just pry it back away - done. That's not causing faster pad wear.
Note: Bearings don't have play when bad most of the time. They do usually make noise more or less shifting weight turning while driving along. If one had play it's ready to fall off!
I would guess you've ruled out any loose parts that shouldn't be with all you've done already if unsure check again.
Wearing that brake is unacceptable so chase that down - it shouldn't be allowed to do that caliper parts (new or not) or hose high on that list,

Everything seems to work fine and dandy, no braking issues, no steering issues.
As for brake wear, they are wearing EVENLY. Sorry I was unclear. I was trying to say even the wheel making noise is wearing equal to the other side.
The bent front tire was the aftermath of me letting someone else drive it and they ran over a curb and blew the tire in a gas station.
I got it repaired and it wasn't until noticed extra wear on the front right side and went to buy new tires that those guys showed me it was bent. I had thought it had been knocked out of alignment due to the curb. I only brought it up because a friend pointed out, 'well I'm sure a bent front wheel does weird things to all the other wheels. So I wasn't sure if this sound may be aftermath of something on the back side wearing out.
Regardless I will check the back plate and see if that may be the problem.
The car drives like nothing is wrong.
The sound only changes with the speed of rotation. It doesnt change when breaking or turning. Granted it is a back wheel but I just can't pinpoint what the cause is.

Sorry - a misread about brake wear looking back.
Onward to backing plate that sounds like a baseball card + clothes pin trick to a bicycle to make noise on purpose!
That is more common than people realize, mistakes or strange something bends them do make assorted noises if wrong.
AWD and tires: They need to be evenly worn and rotated to stay that way ARE a bummer if one is lost part way thru wearing out tires normally you really need them all,
