town car heater problem

The dash is clear. And the vacum lines seem to work okay.Its almost like the blend door motor is not getting any power. I turn the temperature up and down and the motor does not move at all.

Unless these are electric motors to blend doors this either way is pointing to the main control panel. Hate to say it as I own three Lincolns (none newer than 1989) but they lost it in 1990. Such great cars and the f**ced up a lot of stuff, T
