radiator reserve tank boiling

I have a 96 nissan sentra and whenever I reach any destination no matter if it long distance or short distance when i stop i ear the radiator reserve tank boiling but the car never show as running hot according to the dash board device. what should i do?

What I would do when the engine is cold,remove the rad cap start the car let idle until engine is up to temp.Once the engine is up to temp see if you notice any air bubbles. If
you see bubbles you may have a head gasket leaking.
If that is not happening your radiator is probably plugging either internally or externally.
Try washing it out if that does not work you need a rad shop

When cold check that the coolant is filled at the radiator and recovery tank. Just start it up and if radiator hose pressures up quickly and level rises in or bubbles in reservior then it suggests strongly that a head gasket is allowing combustionexhast pressures to enter the cooling system. Fixing that early could save on a warped head or more than whatever is causing the trouble right now,
