one last heater core question

one last heater core question Sign In

so..i got the heater core out finally..thanks to you guys' help, so the hoses were spliced to bypass the old heater core so i take out the splice and now i have two hoses but which goes where, the heater core doesnt seem to be labeled with an in/out or anything? thanks.

The order of the hoses doesn't matter. As long as the coolant flows through it you will have heat. When you take the line coupler apart, the hoses should bend towards the appropriate pipe they were originally connected to. But, like I said, it's bidirectional.

Many are different ID hoses and will only go on one way, T
