What year is this Shadow I don’t have a listing for one after 94?
Mean while check the fuses; if they are ok. Then check the dark blue wire going to the blower motor for power with a test light; ignition in the run position.
The blower is feed power anytime the ignition is in the run position.
The dash speed switch is a grounding switch. To test it go to the resistor unplug it and with a test light connected to battery positive, probe the connector’s different terminals; they should light the light as you change the speed switch position.
If you have power to the motor and the test light lights at the resistor’s connector’s different terminals as you change speeds; it’s either the resistor or the motor.
To determine which one turn the ignition to the run position and then apply ground to the Black/tan or solid black wire at the resistor connector; if the motor runs replace the resistor if not replace the motor.
One thing to try before you begin all of this and that is to turn the ignition on, the blower fan set to high and then hit the heater box as close to the motor as you can. The motor may just be jammed.
Dan.
