2004 silverado heat/cold comes out a/c vents only,nothing from floor or defrost vents

Hmmm? The default when vacuum is lost to control diverter doors is defrost ducts. This could be a stuck diverter door or the control head (you don't want either of those problems) but I would check out vacuum source makes it from storage ball under the hood to the distribution box first,
