Hi I got a 2004 Saturn l300 with the 2.2 v4 motor I turn on my ac nothing compressor was not coming on so I charge the system compressor coming on but radiator fan not coming on and it not getting cold I check all fuses they good . So when I turn on my ac button the compressor come on it has enough freeon in there but the radiator fan not coming on and it not getting cold anyone know where I should go from here ?

The first thing you do not want to run the A/C without a fan and you will take out your compressor. Start out by running power and ground directly to the fan to see if the motor is good.

Just how did you determine that it needed and refrigerant at all and how did you even guess at what amount if it did? Not sure on this but some wait for high pressure to be high enough before fans come on.
You need to know that it's electrically being prompted by static pressure at least. A/C isn't like filling up your windshield washer fluid. The only way to know it has the correct charge is by listed known weight into a well held vacuum. If you are relying of some can of junk with a gauge on it you could have way overcharged it and most of those have junk that can destroy a system. A/C is not DIY friendly but rather VERY involved to know what should be happening where at what times and temps.

Hi I knew it need freeon cause the compressor not coming on and when. I put a gauge on it was reading zero as soon as I put freeon in it turn on the compressor my radiator fan is working cause it come on when the car get too hot anyone know what would cause my radiator fan to not come on or why my ac not blowing cold ?

You will need a scan tool for this. It has a variable voltage pressure switch that feeds a pressure reading to the PCM so the PCM can control the fan and compressor. You need to see if it's reading the correct pressure.

How many pressure switch it has just one or two ? Do I just plug the scan tool into the car obd ?

You need to look at sensor data on the scan tool and find the one for A/C pressure.

I call a few parts store that rent scan tools they say they don't know what I am talking about they don't make a scan tools for that

I don't know what to tell you. You are not equipped to diagnose this problem and you really should take it to a capable shop for diagnosis.

What do you want to try next................ open heart surgery?
If you don't have the knowledge and equipment, you have to pay someone else to do it for you. You're going to end up doing a lot more damage than you have now.

joe844 : A/C is NOT a good place to save a buck in failed attempts that will cost tons more to correct if wrong and the equipment to know what can be so pricey you'd never save a buck.
