PICs Sign In 2004 Dodge Neon SXT, over 100,000 miles I was randomly looking under my car for a leak check when I noticed a rip in this hard plastic (photos below). That's the front left of my car when I'm looking straight at it. Is this something to be concerned about or normal wear and tear? If it's all there you could fake something depending how broken from behind.
