Vibration From Heat on Full Blast

My wife has a 2004 Kia Sedona and to date we have never had a problem with the car. She has put over 70K miles on the car since 2004. Yesterday when she started driving she turned the heat up to full blast and she heard and felt a large vibration in the dashboard. When se got home I checked it out my self. The heat control has 4 positions 1,2,3 and 4. On 1 and 2 you do not hear of feel the vibration at all, on 3 you hear it very low, but on 4 you hear it very loud.
What could this be?

Sounds like something is hitting the blower fan or the fan has broken or come loose. The blower needs to be removed and inspected.
