How ever the air coming out of the ducts is not sufficent to cool car. You can turn the air off and the fan will run a good 50% faster. You can turn the recurilant switch on and makes no difference in amount of air coming out of the ducts. Have changed cabin filter and the evaporater temp sensor. Does the fan speed change when you command your speeds at the control panel?
