Jammed flap/heater blower direction stuck/luke warm air

Hi,
My car is suffering with some problems;
The fan direction is stuck on footwell, will not do to demister, also, it's blowing out luke warm air.
The car is a Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 petrol
Can anyone help please?

Hi, I'm totally limited as this car isn't sold to the US but basics are usually similar.
Two common ways "diverter" doors (for blending and directing air) are moved is by either electric actuator or vacuum operated. Since two functions don't work properly I would first look for an engine vacuum line going thru firewall that is broken, disconnected if only to rule that out.
What model year is this? I could be much higher tech controls but tend to doubt that,
