Heat on one side cold on other

Heat on one side cold on other

I have a 2004 Chevy Impala. On the passenger side the heat blows warm, but on the drivers side it is blowing cold air. Can anyone please offer me any help on this? Thanks!

If the car has dual zone A/C this could be a problem. If not it's probably just a duct hose to a vent. The diverter doors in the distribution box may be at fault or getting bad info from the controls if dual zone,
