Front defroster not blowing air Sign In

1997 Honda Odyssey. when switching from floor to windshield, I get only a tiny amount of air. Fan blows on all speeds. every other position, floor, mid, work fine

 The mode selection is controlled by the use of an air door that is operated by an electric motor/actuator. This door can be jammed or the actuator can be inoperative or have stripped plastic gears internally. It's located at the left end of the HVAC housing under the dash.
