My blower motor used to work on the three lowest settings, now it only works on the lowest two and makes an odd noise at consistent intervals. Any ideas?

That could be a bad switch but more likely a bad blower motor resister located under the dash on the passenger side, next to the blower motor. The circuit should be tested before replacing any parts.

? Never say never but usually the resistors when failed give you just high speed. Cheap enough usually and if easy enough I'd try one and make sure connections look good. Then move on for further diagnosis for switch or wiring issues if that doesn't solve it,
