Auto climate control not working at all

have a 2000 chevy blazer with auto climate control which stopped working all together the ac compressor runs all the time (cycles) no fan, the controls to change the vents (floor,defrost,dash)don't work, rear defog does not work,
and temp doesn't change. All the fuses are good also.

Check all your fuses first.
The Control Head may be shot but you really need to have someone try to access it with a professional scan tool to see if it's communicating.

No, I seriously doubt you have what I'm talking about. I said a "professional" scan tool. This is a tool that can access the HVAC system, not a simple generic code reader.
There is a big difference between your $300 tool and our $10,000 tool.

What brand and model is this scanner?
