98 Dodge Stratus AC does not work!!!!!!!!!!

The AC on my dodge doesnot work the fan blows when I turn it on it just doesnt blow cold. We tried to recharge and there was no pressure on the guage, it sounded like the compressor was working what could be wrong?

If you found it with no pressure there's a big leak to fix. I boost up cars but won't even waste the refrigerant when they are empty. A bit low with some years on them fine but not empty, T
