2012 Armada A/C Not Cold Please Help! Sign In

Hello all,
I am new to these forums but have read enough posts to tell there is a vast amount of knowledge shared here.
I have a

Year of vehicle: 2012
Make of vehicle Nissan
Model of vehicle Armada
Engine size v8
Mileage/Kilometers approx 45K miles

My a/c is not cooling here is what I know:

*****All information below is based with car on level surface idling on driveway in direct sunlight.

Ambient outside air temp is 96 degrees

Air in cabin blows strong Thermometer in vent reads 87 degrees with ac set to Coldest (60) on max fan speed. Car sitting idle.

Compressor engages and runs 80-90% (guessing) of the time.

Low pressure gauge reads 48 lbs (compressor engaged)
Hi pressure gauge reads 115 lbs (compressor engaged)

Ran a garden hose through condenser vent temp dropped 2 degrees.

Car idled for approximately 20 minutes and a/c cooler fan did not come on at all.

I unplugged the fan and inserted my meter probes into the plug and watched for an additional 5 minutes and had no voltage.

Please help me fix this problem!

Thank You in advance

The very first step is to have the system completely evacuated and recharged with the exact specified weight of charge. Then and only then will the pressures mean anything as far as diagnosis.
