Have a 2003 Saturn L200 2.2 manual drive and had the air conditoner on one day and suddenly the air quit blowing and when switched to the heater no air blowing either.

I have taken out the heater blower fan and tested the motor with jump wires it comes on and works fine that way.
I have taken out and replaced the heater resistor STILL NO AIR BLOWING
I have put different switch panel in it still no air blowing.

I have tested all the fuses that are testable with a test light all are good.

I don't know what else to do and I need my heater working it is already getting cold out here and I have a 3year old that I have to get to day care and preschool and my self to work.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Please help.

The first step is you need to test for power and ground arriving at the motor to see which one is missing and that will determine the next step.

PS, I deleted your duplicate question. You only need one.

Ok so what would the next steps be after testing those. I will have to tear it back apart as I have already put it back together. Could you please elaborate. I want to thank you for your help.

No, I can't. The results of that test will determine the next step as I already stated.

It's quite apparent that this diagnosis is going to be beyond your capability. You need to have a local expert look at it.

I feel very insulted I have done everything myself so far including replacing the resistor which most wouldn't even know where to find it at. Can you please just let me know what to test it with if not a test light then. I don't have a ton of money I am a single mother of a 3year old and I do know cars. I am not stupid.

You might know how to take a screw in and out but you don't understand electrical circuits at all and that is what's needed here.
