2003 Pontiac Montana, 3.4, 100K Fans are blowing, checked relays, fuses. 93 degree ambient, high side 110, low side 25, however high side line is not hot to touch and suction is not cold (confusing). It appears to me that it ought to be blowing cold since pressures are good. The only thing left that I know of is the underdash door that switches from heat to air. Any other ideas?

Those readings are probably from a low charge. You need to recover and weight the refrigerant to see how much is actually in there. Don't try topping it off. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

According to a chart I have, the pressures are good. Are you saying they aren't?

Take you so called "chart" and burn it. That's the only good use for it. Those pressures are not "good". There is a whole lot more to understand about refrigeration that you are going to get from a worthless chart. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Toss that chart as said by HT. 110 high side is still below body temperature and @ 93F still a gas not a liquid. Said already but knowing how much comes out will be telling of how fast the leak is from when it worked properly last, T
