2001 Town and Country - AC shorts out radio Sign In

2001 Chrysler Town and Country. 84,000 miles, 3.3L V6

I have an odd electrical problem. Starting 3 days ago, while driving the vehicle, the radio and air conditioning fan would stop for less than a second, then kick back on. This would happen several times even in a 5 minute drive. Starting today, if I turn the AC on, then the blower will stop, and the radio will turn off until I turn the AC back off. Now, the blower works fine (as long as the AC is off), and the blower, in combination with the radio is also no problem. But as soon as I turn the AC on, then the blower and the radio shut off. Not sure if it is at all related, but although the horn works if honked using the steering wheel, if you lock the doors using the keyless entry, (which should chirp the horn) there is no noise from the horn. I had the battery and alternator tested at a local auto parts store, and they checked out fine. Any help would be appreciated.

I have found some new information. After playing around a bit, I found that the power "blip" seemed to be happening when the AC clutch kicked in. I also found that the power issue is also affecting the power windows. As I drive the vehicle, I can turn the AC off, leaving the blower on, then, as I roll up the window, I turn the AC on, the radio, the blower and the power window all pause for a brief second and then start working again.
