2001 CHEVY ASTRO redo relay

Two weeks ago I replaced the Blower Relay as recomended by Dan on the site . It worked and was very happpy but it seems it was short lived the high speed once again has blown out what could be causing this repeat problem ... the fuse is fine so it must be the relay again..... could the switch be blowing out he relay ? where do I look any help would be much appreciated.....

If it behaved with a new relay it may need another?? Usually these problems are caused by a resistor but again usually will default to high only when they screw up??
Defective parts and wrong parts have been common to me, try again, T
