The temp door actuator is on the top right hand side of the heater vent module. You might be able to see it from behind the glove box, but you have to remove the dash to service it.

when i turn the knob 2 def it works when i turn the knob 2 vent it works when i turn the knob 2 floor heat it goies 2 def no floor heat when i turn the knob 2 floor an def stays on def

That's not a blend door problem. That's a mode door problem. The mode door actuator and linkage are on the left side of the HVAC housing, on the end.
