1996 Dodge Ram Van A/C actuator door is off

Can some one tell the correct position The door is in for A/C out of vents.
Is this much of a job to replace.

Hmm? Don't know how to suggest where it should be but rather if you can see the actuator motor you should note whether it is trying or not to make a change. Actuators can break/strip gears - some are vacuum actuated and most all will default to defrost only when failed.
Will this switch to other selections now?
