'01 Blazer- Lack of Heat Sign In

I recenty noticed a lack of heat from heater. Ran it 20 minutes and it barely got warm air. I replaced the thermostat yesterday and still no sufficient heat. Any help here? Please? Chilly!

Is engine temp staying at a normal temp reading on gauge?

From there - feel the heater hoses for temps (carefully) and see if they are warm or warm to hot to the touch. Make sure cooling system is truly filled and residual air is purged out from even just the thermostat replacement,

The temp guage where it should be (near 210), hoses are hot and coolant is filled.
Just today my fan motor made a humming noise when fan was at max.
