2003 dodge grand caravan will not crank new pcm purchased no change next move is going to change crankshaft sensor what do you think anyone had similar problem

Crankshaft position sensor won't cause a no crank.
First thing you need to do for a no crank condition is to have the battery tested and make sure your connections on the battery are clean and tight.
If the engine was cranking, but wasn't starting, a missing crank sensor signal would be a possibility.

THANKS FOR ANSING the car was starting up in the beginning but idiling poorly was getting codes rigrt rear sensor lean mixture also tps code and map sensor codechanged them all but the car got sicker that when all the no turning over stiff started

Not sure what you mean by "all the no turning over stiff".
Does the starter motor spin the engine?

Ok the wording is confusing this.
Crank means the starter is engaged and spinning the crankshaft
Start means the engine is cranking and the combustion process begins.

correct
in the beginning I got codes po203 po300 po302 po304 po305 po108 and po122 and 2 codes not in manual po1478 po1193 all having to do do emissions

OK...now that is resolved...wheew.
Which engine?
Any trouble codes stored in the ECM?
Who said it has spark and fuel? What is the fuel pressure? Did you check for spark on all cylinders?
Did you check for injector activity while cranking?

the mechanic Itook it to then the head man says my pcm no good Iget one install it nothing new call pcm people tell themis still won't start tell me put crankshaft sensor in

told me it was all done part of the payment Igave them the vin number the mileage and the pcm number

You need to have this vehicle diagnosed by a licensed reputable repair shop. From your posts it sounds like a bunch of flunky monkeys are playing swaptronics instead of properly diagnosing the problem.
