i have a intrega and seem to have problem with the anti lock brake system will this cause me not to be able to get it inspected?the main brake system is fine

The default of a problem with anti-lock brakes should be regular braking action like all vehicles before they were available at all.
Some places would reject your car if a light is on for this. So far my state does not and many folks have asked me to disable the system which I can't do but will say that it can be easily done.
Best I can say is ask the inspection place ahead of time what their policy is and if you like this feature get it fixed but expect to part with big bucks, T
