my 1998 dodge caravan blew a brake line and wanted to know if anyone knows the size of it before I take off.also does it matter if I make a double flare or a bubble flare on ends where it connects to master cylinder and other places?I have both kits.thank you

It's 3/16 line and yes it's very important what kind of flare you use. You have to use what is already there. If you're making a union joint, they you'll probably be using a double flare joint but many of the existing fittings may be using bubble flares and have to be replaced the same way so they match the seats. A double flare won't seal against a bubble flare seat.
